Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
Once you have placed your order, online or otherwise, and provided payment details, your credit/debit card will be debited immediately by the Payment Process Provider.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa, Mastercard & Amex as well as a variety of debit cards as well as Paypal . You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
Returns Policy Binoculars UK aims to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. All our merchandise carries a manufacturers guarantee against defective materials and workmanship.
In addition, Binoculars UK will refund the cost of goods purchased where the client is dissatisfied, provided that the goods and packaging are returned in their original condition. Please notify us of your intention to return any items within 7 days of the item being delivered (starting the day after delivery). Goods must be returned undamaged in as new condition. Carriage charges are not refundable.
Goods returned after the 7 day notification period without due notificatification will only be accepted at the discretion of Binoculars UK Ltd and will be subject to to a restocking fee.
If goods are found to be faulty, or there are parts/items missing on receipt, we ask you to notify us within 3 days via phone or email and send them back to us using an appropriate method such as Royal Mail Special or Recorded delivery. We will inspect the goods and if they are found to be faulty we will refund the cost of the return and take the appropriate action to replace/fix the product as soon as possible.

Shipping And Handling The majority of our shipping is currently done by carrier (Parcel Force). All goods dispatched MUST be signed for on delivery. Parcel Force should attempt to deliver the following working day after despatch. Parcel Force's delivery network covers the vast majority of the UK, however, certain areas of the UK are not covered by Parcel Force's 'Next Day' service and as such delivery may take slightly longer. If a delivery is unsuccessful, your parcel will most likely be taken to your local post office (depending on parcel size) where you can collect it. The parcel will remain there for aproximately 5 days. Should the parcel not be collected, the customer will be charged for the failed delivery and an additional fee for redelivery. More information is available during the shipping phase of the payment procedure.
Delivery Schedule If your item is in stock (and most items are) we endeavor, where possible, to dispatch your order on the same day that we receive it for a next day delivery, however please allow up to 7 business days. International orders are generally received in under 21 days.
If your item is out of stock we will contact you to advise of a suitable delivery date. Most items are back in stock within 3 days.
We generally use Initial Parcel Force & Royal Mail for most items.
Standard Delivery (single & multiple items upto 5kg) : £7.00 - Smaller items that can go via Royal Mail may cost less. Please call for details.
Heavier items (0.50p per kg for items over 5kg)
