Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Returns Policy Binoculars UK aims to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. All our merchandise carries a manufacturers’ guarantee against defective materials and workmanship. In addition, Binoculars UK will refund the cost of goods purchased where the client is dissatisfied, provided that the goods and packaging are returned in their original condition, undamaged within 7 working days of delivery. Carriage charges are not refundable. Goods returned after 7 working days will only be accepted at the discretion of Binoculars UK Ltd and will be subject to to a 20% restocking fee. If goods are found to be faulty on receipt, we ask you to notify us within 3 days via phone or email and send them back to us using an appropriate method such as Royal Mail Special or Recorded delivery. We will inspect the goods and if they are found to be faulty we will refund the cost of the return and take the appropriate action to replace/fix the product as soon as possible. Shipping And Handling The majority of our shipping is currently done by carrier (City Link). All goods dispatched MUST be signed for on delivery. City Link will attempt to deliver a maximum of 2 times. If a delivery is unsuccessful after 2 attempts the items are then returned to Binoculars UK. The customer will be charged an additional fee for redelivery. More information is available during the shipping phase of the payment procedure.

Delivery Schedule If your item is in stock (and most items are) we endeavor, where possible, to dispatch your order on the same day that we receive it for a next day delivery, however please allow up to 7 business days. International orders are generally received in under 14 days. If your item is out of stock we will contact you to advise of a suitable delivery date. Most items are back in stock within 3 days. We generally use Initial City Link for most items. Xmas Delivery All items ordered before noon (if they are in stock) on December 21st (if in stock) will be despatched in time for Xmas. Please phone for more details. Delivery Costs: UK Standard Delivery (single & multiple items upto 5kg) : £6.00 Heavier items (0.50p per kg for items over 5kg) International costs vary depending on country.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
