BGA Classic 8x42 The fifth generation BGA series, BGA Classic binoculars offer the enthusiast even greater levels of performance over preceding PC.AG N. As such the new specification further enhances the quality and value of these market leading waterproof roof prism binoculars. All models use OASIS® coating and continue to benefit from PC phase correction and feature fully integrated Opticron 'N' type multi-coatings on all air/glass surfaces within the remainder of the optical system. The results provide the user with a superb balance of image brightness and high colour contrast demanded for accurate wildlife observation across a wide range of light conditions. The long focal length, long eyerelief eyepieces are designed to maximise viewing comfort and deliver full field of view with or without glasses. In the BGA Classic these eyepieces are fitted securely inside lightweight polycarbonate housings incorporating a rotating rubber eyecup mechanism and click stop dioptre adjustment. BGA Classic models are fully nitrogen waterproof to a depth of 5m, and as such guarantee high performance viewing whatever the weather - from infinity focus down to under 2 metres. The distinctively styled rubber armouring whilst ensuring maximum protection is specially shaped to reduce weight wherever possible.
