Opticron Universal Tele-Adapter UTA - 40940

The Opticron Universal Tele-Adapter UTA enables you to increase the magnification of your Opticron binocular or telescope+eyepiece combination by a factor of 2.5x. Easily fitted to a binocular, the UTA converts one half of the instrument into a high powered long eyerelief monocular. The UTA also connects to any Opticron SDL, HDF or HR eyepiece.

Designed with a 'B' specification eyepiece for use with or without spectacles and twist-type retractable eyecup assembly, the UTA can be used with a wide range of binoculars with different eyepiece diameters as it is supplied as two separate components;

1. The 40940 2.5x body complete with lens assembly & soft case
2. The appropriate eyepiece adapter (See Below)

Converts 8x42 models to a 20x42 and 10x42 models to a 25x42 pocket telescope. Oasis & BGA models.

To find the correct adapter to match your eyepiece look for it in the table below or measure the diameter of your eyepiece lens to see if one of the adapters suits your instrument.
